What Should I Consider When Renting a Tent?
Size – You want to make sure that the tent style will be large enough to accommodate all your guests, while also fitting in the space that is available.
Aesthetic – Consideration should also be given to the aesthetic of your event and what you intend to use the tent for.
Rental Timeframe – The length of time that you will need the tent is important to look at as well, from the set-up to the tear-down of the event. Whether you need it for 1 day or several months, TLC has you covered.
Weather Conditions – If you can, you also want to keep the weather of the area and time of year in mind.
TLC’s Event Tent Rental Options
Pop-Up Tent

Our Pop-Up Tents are a sturdier build than your standard models, and are still ready for use as soon as they are opened. This is because they do not require the frame to be built prior to use.
- Available in 10’x10’
With the ability to quickly install, Pop-Up Tents are ideal for events where time and simplicity are key.
Pop-Ups are built for short-term rentals of 1 to 4 days and areas with little to no wind.
- Fairs, Festivals, Trade Shows, etc.
High Peak Tent
High Peak Tents use tension from cables to create the peaks seen throughout the length of the tent, without the use of a center pole. This creates the appearance of a classic tent on a smaller scale.
- Available Widths: 10ft or 20ft (Increases in 10ft increments)
- Available Lengths: 10ft – 60ft (Increases in 10ft increments)
While this tent does have a quick setup process, it does require a frame to be built prior, unlike Pop-Up Tents. Ideal for events where time may be limited, but a more upscaled look is desired.
Frame Tents are built for short-term rentals of 2 to 7 days and areas with little to no wind.
- Fairs, Festivals, Trade Shows, Vendor Shows, etc.

Pole Tent

Pole Tents are a traditional style of tent that is held up by center and side poles, which are secured by ropes to either stakes or anchors in the ground.
This is the only style of tent that cannot be anchored by concrete blocks. Often requiring more space than most tents of the same size due to the additional square footage needed for the perimeter created by ropes.
- Available Widths: 60ft
- Available Lengths: 30ft – 150ft (Increases in 30ft increments)
Something you should keep in mind for Pole Tents is that the center poles will take up a portion of interior space. This can impact the layout of your event under the tent.
Pole Tents are built for short-term rentals of 2 to 7 days and areas with little to no wind.
- Weddings, Birthdays, Fairs, etc.
Frame Tent
Frame Tents are a freestanding style that do not require any center poles thanks to its supportive framework. This style also has one long peak that spans the length of the tent, rather than multiple throughout.
- Available Widths: 10ft – 40ft (Increases in 10ft increments)
- Available Lengths: 10ft minimum – Increases in 10ft increments
Our Frame Tents are available with either white or clear tops. And due to the increased sturdiness of its frame, the beams can support items up to 25lbs.
Frame Tents are built for rental periods of 7 to 14 days and for areas with low to moderate wind speeds.
- Weddings, Sporting Functions, Corporate Luncheons, etc.

Structure Tent

Structure Tents are engineered with the use of a sturdy metal frame to create an “A-Frame” shape with one long peak following length of the tent.
- Available Widths: 40ft or 60ft
- Available Lengths:
- 40ft Width: 20ft minimum – Increases in 20ft increments
- 60ft Width: 15ft minimum – Increases in 15ft increments

Structure Tents are built for larger events or extended rentals that can span from 2 weeks to several months long. Also, they are built to withstand harsh weather conditions and strong wind areas.
- Concerts, Rodeos, Storage Areas, Renovations, Car Shows, etc.
